Overview
Red Alert 3 is the latest installement of the Red Alert franchise. After the events from Red Alert 2, the soviet leaders decide to travel back in time to change history and restore the Soviet Union as the worlds’ dominating power. However, something goes wrong, and they create a timeline where the technological advancements have been changed, and a new power has risen in the east. This in turn leads to a third World War, with battles being fought out between the Allies, Soviets and the “Empire of the Rising Sun”. Units such as “Tesla coils, heavily armed War Blimps, teleportation, armored bears, intelligent dolphins, floating island fortresses, and transforming tanks” will make this one of the strangest and thrilling conflicts on the planet.
Red Alert 3 will have fast, arcade gameplay similar to the in Command & Conquer 3, but will feature new modes such as a fully co-op singleplayer campaign, naval combat (including floating bases). The game will also feature some amphibious units, that can float from the see and ride onto a beach, and turn from a battleship into an epic tank.
